Shipping & Handling and/or Destination Fees; Delivery; and Risk of Loss. All Products purchased on this Website can only be shipped to a valid street address (i.e., we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO)) within the contiguous 48 states of the United States (which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other foreign countries) to you directly (to the domestic/deliver-to address indicated in your order). Although Stellar Sports is authorized to make shipping arrangements on Customer’s behalf, Customer is solely responsible for all shipping and handling, or destination fee charges. All Products are shipped via standard ground delivery (i.e., no provisions for expedited freight on bicycles or other Products). Title and risk of loss or damage to the ordered Product shall pass to Customer at the time the Product is delivered to Customer. Any shipping times shown on this website are good faith estimates only, and actual delivery dates may vary. Stellar Sports will use commercially reasonable efforts to fill customer’s orders within the timeframe stated on this Website but in no event shall Stellar Sports be liable for any damages associated with the inability to meet any such timeframes.
Certain purchases may qualify for free Stellar Same-day shipping if destination and other requirements are met. More information on this can be found below. Cost of shipping will be confirmed with customer prior to being charged, if not immediately displayed on website at time of purchase.
Destination mileage starts at Stellar Sports (1220 Miller Avenue, Shelbyville, IN 46176). Destination mileage is calculated using Google Maps.
To qualify for Stellar Same-day delivery, orders must meet the below requirements and ship from our store to a single location, be within the designated shipping area and/or mileage zone, be paid within the stated terms. Please contact Stellar Sports for more details.
Free same day delivery:
-On any bike purchase with a destination within 15 miles of Stellar Sports.
-On any online or in-store order/purchase meeting below requirements:
CATEGORY 1 - FREE FREIGHT
Orders between $600 and $1200 of items will qualify for free Stellar SD (same day) delivery with a shipping allowance of 15 miles.
CATEGORY 2 - FREE FREIGHT
Orders between $1200 and $2000 of items will qualify for free Stellar SD (same day) delivery with a shipping allowance of 20 miles.
CATEGORY 3 - FREE FREIGHT Orders over $2000 of items will qualify for free Stellar SD (same day) delivery with a shipping allowance of 30 miles.
Destination distances outside of these zones are charged at time of purchase, a rate of $1.50/mile for each additional mile outside their respective category allowances.
RETURNS
If you wish to return all or any part of your order for any reason, it must be returned to us freight prepaid. All returns are subject to inspection. Only unused items in their original, unopened, undamaged, intact packaging will be accepted. Parts returned may be subject to a restocking charge of 5% and additional freight charges if order is refused or undeliverable. No merchandise returns will be accepted after 6 months from the purchase date. Returns of Nutritional/Food Products cannot be accepted later than 30 days from the purchase date. Sales of closeout items and custom wheel builds are final; no returns will be accepted.
In the case of defective merchandise, we reserve the right to credit or replace that item at our discretion or have the manufacturer repair or replace the item directly, depending on the warranty policy for that brand. Unless stated otherwise, claims for warranty must be claimed within one year from purchase date.
No warranty on merchandise, except for bicycles, unless otherwise noted by Stellar Sports. However, many of the brands we carry come with their own manufacturer warranty of which can be found online on the individual brands' website, wherein a claim can be submitted by the buyer. Stellar Sports is not responsible for brand warranty obligations of products, unless otherwise stated and approved by Stellar Sports.
